Living Wage Accreditation and Campaign.
This event offers input on the Living Wage in response to the decision at the last Synod, that the Church move towards paying the living wage to all employees by the end of 2016. It is an opportunity to hear a leading Anglican Theologian who has been involved in this campaign nationally, explore importance of the living wage in our Social teaching. In addition it offers members of our Diocese and Province a day of discernment and dialogue with political leaders on wage poverty in Scotland and wider issues, as we move towards the Scottish election.
