The church of St John the Evangelist is situated just west of the town centre within the Greenock West Conservation area in the Diocese of Glasgow and Galloway. Our worship is liturgical and Eucharistic, blending the best of the traditional with the best of the contemporary.
The rectory at 96 Finnart Street is a nineteenth century semi-detached house with accommodation on three levels.
We are seeking a Rector with leadership and organisational skills, who will promote the work of the church with all ages in the community to whom we will offer our firm support and a very warm welcome.
This appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure Scotland.
