Rector (full stipend)
We are looking for an ordained priest to lead and to care for our congregations in worship, discipleship, Christian development and growth in a post industrial area where regeneration is beginning to happen offering many opportunities.
We are seeking a new Rector who:
- Will develop and strengthen our spirituality in a changing context.
- Will encourage and support the congregation in our growth as Christians and help us to raise our profile and reach out to the wider community.
- Will lead and guide us on our Christian journey seeking opportunities for education and exploration of faith using the resources of the diocese for Mission Action Planning.
- Will maintain links with other local churches and take an active part during ecumenical events.
